Something about Samsung Phone Operating System Update

Download the Samsung Data Recovery software and run it, then connect your Samsung Galaxy S6 to the computer via US
Step 2. Enable USB debugging on your Samsung Galaxy
When the program detects your phone, it requires you to enable USB debugging. There are three options. Please choose the one for your phone's Android OS.
1) For Android 2.3 or earlier: Enter "Settings" < Click "Applications" < Click"Development" < Check "USB debugging"
2) For Android 3.0 to 4.1: Enter "Settings" < Click "Developer options" < Check "USB debugging"
3) For Android 4.2 or newer: Enter "Settings" < Click "About Phone" < Tap "Build number" for several times until getting a note "You are under developer mode" < Back to "Settings" < Click "Developer options" < Check "USB debugging"

Make sure that your phone battery is more than 20% to enable the follow steps. Then click "Start" button to let the program analyze the file on your device. The main window will appear below.
Later, tap on the "Allow" button to let the program scan your phone for lost messages, contacts, photos and video on your Samsung Galaxy.
Step 4. Preview and recover lost or deleted data from Samsung Galaxy
After the scanning, the recoverable files will be list on the Samsung Galaxy, and you can preview the recoverable Samsung contacts, messages, videos, photos, notes and more before the recovery. Please select the data you lost and click the “recover” button to save them on your computer.
